1. Nature of Service (Important)

UDTS® ROBO TRADE and associated tools are data-driven analytical and screening software designed to assist users in market observation, research, and structured analysis based on predefined algorithms and parameters.

The Platform DOES NOT provide any buy/sell recommendations, investment advice, trading calls, portfolio management services, or stock tips.

Scores shown on the Fundamental Screener for sectors and stocks are derived from predefined and disclosed parameters and are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as investment advice, recommendations, or ratings.”

2. No Investment Advice

All information, outputs, signals, insights, scores, or analytics generated by the Platform are:

  • Purely informational, educational, and referential in nature
  • Based on automated algorithms and historical/market data

6. Algorithmic / Robo Trading Risk (Specific)

UDTS® ROBO tools operate on predefined logic and user-defined parameters.

You understand and accept risks including (but not limited to):

  • Connectivity failures
  • Data delays or inaccuracies
  • Exchange / broker rejection of orders
  • System errors, technical glitches, or downtime
  • Third-party integration risks (broker/API/data providers)
  • Broker API integration (if used) executes trades based on user-defined inputs, and users must monitor their positions

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ALGO SCREENERS, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for:

  • Any financial loss
  • Loss of profit, data, or opportunity
  • Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform

8. Compliance Responsibility

9. No Client–Advisor Relationship
