 I am aware that algo trading is an automated computer programming based trading structure which works on the predefined logic, pattern or parameter provided by the user himself.

 Considering the nature of execution involved in algo trading I/we acknowledge the following risk.

 Exchange Side Risk:

  1. Connection Issue: Algo execution may stop due to disruption in connectivity.
  2. Broadcast Issue: At time there can be delay in receiving the data packet from exchange
  3. Rejection Issue: Order can be rejected at the discretion of exchange as per the rules.


BROKER SIDE Risk:

  1. Charting Data Disconnection: There could be disruption in data coming from charts
  2. Sever Disconnection: BROKER server could be disconnected due to avoidable reasons
  3. Server Down Time: There may be hardware failure
  4. Portfolio Corruption: The scripts inserted by the user could get corrupted
  5. Line Down Issue: There could be line down issue from the service provider end
